ABOUT ME

I am a second-year master student at Columbia University, majoring in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Robotics and Control. Previously I obtained my B.E. in Theoratical and Applied Mechanics from School of Aeronautics and Astronautics at Sun Yat-sen University. Currently I am honor to have the great opportunity to working with Zec Xiong in Creative Machines Lab advised by Professor Hod Lipson, and with Jingxi Xu in ROAM Lab advised by Professor Matei Ciocarlie. My research interest lies in enhancing the way robots interact with humans, ensuring these interactions are more intuitive, safer, and efficient. By leveraging AI techniques, I aim to make robots more perceptive to human emotions, intentions, and needs. Additionally, by incorporating bionic techniques, robots can learn locomotion skills from human and animals to improve robot’s locomotion.
